Return and Refund Policy
Delivery of products
1.1. When ordering products, the Buyer must indicate the exact delivery address of the products.
1.2. The Buyer must accept the products himself. If the Buyer cannot accept the products himself, but the products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims for the delivered products to the wrong person.
1.3. The Seller delivers the products to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions.
1.4. The characteristics of all products sold are indicated in the description for each product. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the products in the online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the products due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
Return of products
2.1. High-quality products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defects in the sold low-quality products are eliminated, low-quality products are exchanged.
2.2. When returning products, the following conditions must be met:
2.2.1. The returned products must be in their original, neat packaging (this point does not apply to the return of a defective product);
2.2.2. The products must not have been damaged by the Buyer;
2.2.3. The products must be unused and have not lost their commercial appearance: the label is not damaged, the protective film is not torn off, etc. (this point does not apply to the return of a defective product);
2.2.4. The returned products must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received them (this point does not apply to the return of a defective product);
2.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the products returned by the Buyer if the conditions for returning the products were not met;
2.2.6. The return of products is carried out in the manner established by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products (this clause does not apply in the event that the products are of poor quality – in such a case, the return of products is carried out within the statutory warranty period);
2.3. The money paid for the products accepted by the Buyer but later refused shall be returned to the Buyer’s account no later than within 5 (five) days from the date of return of the products to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
Final Provisions
3.1 All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws.
3.2. The Parties shall be released from the implementation of their obligations under these Rules if they cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force Majeure).
